Bitmatica is a full service product agency specializing in web and mobile apps. Going strong as a company for 8 years it was time for an update.
The inspiration for the redesign wasn't purely the search for something new. The previous logo, though visually striking, had some flaws. With a total of 7 colors, its application opportunites were limited.
Additionally, when the mark was displayed in a one color format, it lost the uniquness of the multi-color version.
I set out to create a unique mark that was simple and versatile. One that would feel modern and be flexible in the ever-changing technology landscape.
In addition to the rebrand, I designed and developed a new website that put the brand to use and was more in line with our current messaging.
